On the eve of the first Saturday in May, I was touting a pair of Kentucky Derby longshots: Hofburg and Vino Rosso. Now, five weeks later, Hofburg and Vino Rosso are back to take another shot at Justify in the Belmont Stakes, and I am ready once again to bet them. After getting stuck in traffic and shuffled back to as far as 16th, he charged late to finish seventh and then kept on rolling after the finish line, passing all the leaders, including Justify.
